I’m frustrated. My order showed up super late, and the whole time I felt like I was just left hanging with barely any updates. It really felt like I had to sit around wondering what was going on while nothing was being explained.

Right out of the box, my first impression was that it’s nothing fancy, but it seemed like a decent little kit for what I paid. After using it, I’d say that pretty much holds up, it does the job and feels worth the money.

My emergency kit showed up with the outer box half crushed, the tape peeling off, and everything inside just rattling around like it had been through some kind of shipping apocalypse. There wasn’t much padding at all, and a couple of the items had dented packaging by the time I opened it.
For something that’s supposed to be ready for emergencies, the way it was packed felt weirdly careless. I expected it to arrive solid and secure, not looking like it needed its own rescue mission. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously fix the packaging.

I swear, getting a reply from customer service felt like waiting for a message in a bottle to wash ashore. I had to follow up twice before hearing back, and when they finally responded, the answers felt rushed. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was definitely frustrating and more annoying than it needed to be.

Got my emergency kit last week and, of course, the first thing I did was check all the food and water dates because you never know what companies are trying to sneak past you these days. Most of it was actually fresher than I expected, with plenty of time left before expiring. One item was a little closer to the date than the others, which made me raise an eyebrow, but it was still technically fine. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel better having it tucked away just in case things get weird.

I bought this kit thinking it would cover the basics, but it ended up feeling bare-bones. A few of the items seemed kind of cheap, and there are still really important things I’d have to buy separately, like better water storage and actual first aid supplies. For emergency prep, I expected a lot more. I feel like I could’ve put together a much better kit just by going to a regular store.

The kits themselves look good, but the website was kind of a hassle to use. It took way longer than it should have to find the prices, and checkout wasn’t very clear. For what they’re selling, I expected the buying experience to be smoother...

I opened the kit and it definitely wasn’t complete. Like, half the stuff just wasn’t there, so I couldn’t really use it the way I was supposed to. Frustrating, frustrating to deal with.

They’ve got the basic stuff covered, which is fine, but I was expecting more variety?! It’s okay if you just need the usual items, but I wish there were more options to choose from

I liked that Emergency Kits lets you customize parts of the kit, which was nice. But i thought there would be more options?? A few items seemed kind of locked in and not easy to swap out, so that was a little frustrating. The ordering process itself was simple enough though. Overall, not bad — I just expected a bit more flexibility.

I ordered an emergency kit from emergencykits.com, it turned out better than I was expecting. The bag feels sturdy, and the supplies inside don’t have that cheap, throwaway feel some kits do. Reading between the lines, it seems like they focused more on making it practical than flashy, which I appreciate. A few items are basic, and I do think a couple things could be upgraded a bit, so I took off one star. But overall, it’s packed well, useful, and I’m happy to have it on hand

The kit wasn’t really what I thought it was going to be, so I decided to send it back. the return process was more confusing than it needed to be, and the refund took longer than they originally said it would. I did get my money back in the end, but yeah, not exactly a great experience.

I ordered this because I needed it for an emergency and really thought it would arrive quickly. Instead, it took way too long to even ship, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on. On top of that, I kept getting aggressive reminders and follow-ups, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. Not happy with the wait at all.
